Is it normal for "Fibro Fog" to resemble early Alzheimer’s symptoms?

Just A Yahoo Asked: Is it normal for "Fibro Fog" to resemble early Alzheimer’s symptoms?

I am 25 and was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I also have always had ADD and anxiety symptoms as well. I understand that with fibromyalgia the thinking process can be slightly impared. But I was just reading the yahoo article about early sign of Alzheimers and some of the sound familiar. In example, sometimes I have to think a minute before I can tell you what I had to eat the previous day, sometimes I go to say one word and another word comes out or I will not be able to find the word I want to say (maybe that is nerves too). I bump into the walls sometimes (have a hard time judging distances) I have a hard time following a conversation, am easily distracted, bad with names, and cannot handle money most times without my brain freezing up (counting out change or doing math in my head is so hard and have always had trouble with numbers since childhood. This is especially embarassing when trying to count out a tip when I get my hair done (sometimes I have let way too much or too little). Is this normal Fibro Fog, ADD and nervousness, possibly coupled with denseness,lol? Or is this something I should mention to my Rheumatologist when I go for my appointment? What is within the realms of normal when it comes to fibro fog?
